ALLODIAL TITLE

Would it surprise you to know that all land in the United States was originally Allodial?

What did that mean and why do I care today?

Allodial Title is the highest form of Title one can have in real property. It is sometimes called a Kings Title. No force of law could remove it from its owner and no taxes could ever be levied upon it.

It is still possible to reestablish your right to the Allodial Title of your property, as the Original Land Patent was granted to the Holder with all the rights and Title to the property to him and his heirs and assigns forever and ever.

We may not be any one’s heirs but we are their assigns somewhere down the chain of Title. That means that you can still regain Allodial Title, if you are ready for the fight of your life. An Act of Congress created the land patent and the Federal Government is responsible for defending all Acts of Congress?

The Attorney General through the United States Attorney is required to defend all Federal Law when attacked. That means that when you get into it with the county Tax Assessor, or a Bank, etc. the United States Attorney should be the one representing your interests. They do not want to do it, but you can file an action against them in The District Court of The United States for the District of Columbia to compel him to do his job. You can have real fun with this action and the results can be well worth the time and effort you take to perfect your Land Patent Rights.
